Return Policy
Trinitas
will accept a return of most standard products within 20 days of purchase for a
refund less shipping fees should you be unsatisfied with your product.
Purchasers
have 48 hours from receipt of their deliveries to inspect the order and ensure
it is correct.If you have any concerns
or questions, please contact your sales manager immediately.
Special Order Returns
Special orders placed with Trinitas cannot be returned.
Trinitas cannot accept a return of a product that is in non-resalable condition.If the return product is not in resalable condition, the item will be shipped back to order placer.
Return Process
A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be accompanied with all returns. Please use one of the following methods for obtaining a RMA#:

Defective Items – Exchange Process
Trinitas provides a one year warranty for almost all products. Our return process is simple. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) through one of the following methods.

- Include your order/invoice number
- Include the product/s to be returned
- Communicate the Action you would like Trinitas to take (ie. exchange w/ new replacement, credit account, etc.)
Replacement Process
Method 1: Replacement shipped immediately
Trinitas will bill your account and then credit back the account once the return item is received in our warehouse.
Method 2: Replacement sent after return item is received
Once the defective item is received in our warehouse the replacement item will be shipped.
When requesting the RMA#, please let us know your preferred replacement method.Should the item you are exchanging become
unavailable, or if the manufacturer requires all returns to be handled directly
through them, we will guide you through the replacement process.
Accounts are typically credited within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Return/Warranty Exchange Process
- Write the RMA# on the outside of the box
- Include a copy of the RMA document you receive from us via email
